All About Brussels Griffons! 🐾

Size: 8-12 lbs. Tiny but full of personality! Brussels Griffons are perfect for small homes, apartments and people who want a big personality in a little body!

Shedding: Low to moderate. Rough-coated Griffons shed very little while smooth-coated ones shed a bit more. Grooming needs vary depending on coat type.

Barking: Moderate. Alert and expressive, they’ll let you know when something’s going on but aren’t usually excessive barkers.

Experience Level: Suitable for first-time owners who want a very people-focused companion-style dog.

Children: Best with older children. They’re sensitive and can be easily overwhelmed so gentle handling is important.

Apartment Living: Excellent. Brussels Griffons thrive in smaller living spaces and love being close to their humans at all times.

Other Pets: Can get along well with other animals especially when socialized early but they often prefer being the center of attention.

Training: Moderate. Intelligent but a little stubborn and sensitive. Positive reinforcement and patience work best!

• They are incredibly attached to their owners and are often called “Velcro dogs” because they love to follow their person everywhere.
