Rosaliss
Pet counseling Manager
Rosaliss has over 7 years of experience in animal husbandry and customer service. Her compassion for animals makes her an asset in caring for our four-legged friends. She is a great resource to our customers as they prepare to add a four-legged friend to their family. She also assists the veterinarian during her weekly visit our stores. In her spare-time, Rosaliss enjoys DIY home improvement projects and grooming her Yorkshire Terrier, Teddy, and Morkie named Mia.
Hahley
PEt COunseling Manager
Hahley joined our team in 2018. Her compassion and desire to help people makes her a great pet counselor. She enjoys assisting families in finding their “furever” friend and ensures their new pet is the perfect fit. She is currently a full-time graduate student and spends her personal time hanging out with her Boxer, Ripley, her Havanese, Jefferson, and her little best friend Scout the Maltese, who can often be found hanging out with her at our Lakeland location.
Savannah
Animal Care and operations manager
Savannah has been a part of our team since 2019. She has a Lhasa Apso named Churro and two pomeranians named Dolly and Turbo. Savannah works closely with our veterinarians and upholds the best standard of care for all our puppies. She is also known for coming up with the most creative nicknames for our little one's!
Travis
Pet Counselor
Travis started working with us almost 4 years ago. His positive attitude and passion for animals makes him a key member of our team. His favorite nicknames for the pups are “booger” and “little buddy”. He has a Toy Poodle at home that of course runs the household. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing with his brother and hanging out with his dog!
MINELLY
Pet Counselor
Minelly has been a part of our Lakeland team since January of 2022! Her love for our puppies is seen every single day, whether she is teaching our Labs new tricks, or snuggling each and every puppy we have all throughout the day. She has two of her very own AAP Graduates, a Labrador named Marley and a Siberian Husky named Persephone.
